By accessing or using Chess Rocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Chess Rocket cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Chess Rocket. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chess Rocket to:

Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Post spam or misleading content
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload malicious software or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission

Community Guidelines

Chess Rocket includes community features such as channels, messaging, and posts. All content you share must comply with our community guidelines. Moderators and community owners may remove content or restrict access at their discretion.

Coaching Services

Coaches listed on Chess Rocket manage their own availability, pricing, and sessions independently. Chess Rocket provides the listing platform but is not responsible for the quality, scheduling, or delivery of coaching sessions.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a premium subscription or community membership fee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on Chess Rocket, including puzzles, lessons, training materials, and the platform itself, is the property of Chess Rocket or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Content you post remains yours, but you grant Chess Rocket a license to display and distribute it within the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Limitation of Liability

Chess Rocket is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties about the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chess Rocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Chess Rocket after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
